Since Smile is built to be directly connected to your store platform, platforms like Shopify, Wix, and BigCommerce are not considered an integration.

Can customers earn/redeem points in-store through my point-of-sale (POS) system?

What can I do with API access?
If you have your own development resources, our limited API allows you to do the following:
- Build out custom ways to earn points on your site (e.g. 100 points for filling out an on-site survey).
- Integrate third-party apps (mainly email marketing services or customer support software where a current Smile integration isn't offered).
- Embed certain aspects of the rewards program on your site *(e.g. display a customer's past points earning/spending on their Account page).
