Smile / Integrations
Okendo Reviews
Okendo sends your review events to Smile.
Step 1: Connect Smile.io in Okendo
In Okendo, open Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect in the Smile.io section. Okendo sends you to Smile to install its app.
Step 2: Authorize in Smile
Click Authorize, and Okendo shows the Smile.io section as Connected. If you run more than one Smile account, check the account name at the top right first.
Step 3: Set Smile.io as the loyalty provider
On Okendo's Rewards page, click Loyalty Points, choose Smile.io as the Loyalty Provider and save.
Step 4: Add the ways to earn
In Smile, open Points, click Add ways to earn and set the points for each Okendo action you want to reward.

Yes. The Okendo Reviews integration is built and supported by Okendo. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for writing reviews and submitting photos or videos.
With it, you can reward customers for writing product reviews, reward customers for attaching photos or videos to reviews and reward customers for adding a profile picture to their review.
Yes. Okendo’s Attach a picture to your review, Attach a video to your review and Attach a profile picture to your review actions earn points on top of the review’s own: for example, 100 points for Write a review and 30 for a picture make 130.
Yes. Once the Okendo actions are set up in Smile, new reviews collected through Okendo’s review request emails award points automatically.
In Okendo, open Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect in the Smile.io section, then click Authorize in Smile. Back in Okendo, open the Rewards page, click Loyalty Points, choose Smile.io as the Loyalty Provider and save.
Check the account name at the top right of Smile before you click Authorize, so Okendo connects to the right one, for example when you run an account per region.
